1. Find leads
Every place you search below is scoped to South Africa, so a city name never accidentally pulls in results from somewhere else. Leads are tagged with this country regardless of what OpenStreetMap returns.
2. Your pipeline
3. Leads
| Name | Category | Country | Phone | Site | Buyability | Status | Assigned | Follow-up | Details |
|---|
No leads yet
Run a search above — pick a business type and a place, and we'll pull in everyone nearby with no website.
No leads match these filters
4. Message templates
Use {{name}}, {{category}}, {{quote}} and {{sender}}, all auto-swapped per lead. {{quote}} pulls the suggested package and price from that lead's detail view, and {{sender}} pulls whatever's in "Your name" up top, so the same template reads right whether Logan or Tiaan sends it. Every outreach button always uses whatever is in these boxes right now (no save needed for that); Save just keeps it for next time you open this.
Clients
| Client | Type | Monthly fee | Status | Start date | Next renewal | Domain |

Upcoming
Every lead follow-up, hosting renewal, project deadline, and call request from the website, in one chronological list. Click any row to jump straight to it.
Nothing scheduled yet.
Everything on this tab publishes straight to the public site for anyone browsing it from this same browser install. Leave a field blank to fall back to the studio default.
Studio stats
Powers the stats band on the homepage. Keep this honest — it updates the "Sites shipped so far" number shown to visitors.
Pricing — South Africa (ZAR)
Each package shown as "From [this]" on the site — the quote estimator further down the homepage works out the exact price from these same tiers, so it can never quote something the pricing table doesn't back up.
Brochure websites
Online stores
Pricing — USA (USD)
Powers /us/index.html only — never mixes with the ZAR pricing above. Hosting fields default to a placeholder ($19 brochure / $29 store) until you set your real figure here — that placeholder was Claude's estimate, not a business decision, so confirm it before relying on it.
Brochure websites
Online stores
Care Plans (USD) — the whole Care Plans section stays hidden on the USA site until all three of these are filled in.
Testimonials
Shown in the new "What clients say" section on the site. Leave empty to hide the section.
Client logos
Shown in the trust strip near the top of the site. Type just a business name for a clean text wordmark, or add an image URL (e.g. a file you've hosted at assets/logos/yourfile.png alongside index.html) for an actual logo. Leave empty to hide the section.
Recent work
Shown in the "Recent builds" section on the site, and each one gets its own case study page. Add before/after image URLs to also show a project in the before/after slider — leave them blank to skip it for that project.
FAQ
Announcement banner
Availability badge
A plain text badge shown just above the contact section — keep it honest and update it as your capacity changes.
Care Plans (maintenance retainer) pricing
Referral reward
Shown on the referral section of the site.
Visits — last 30 days
Visitor → lead funnel
All-time, based on visits tracked in this browser and leads currently in your pipeline.
Site events (all time)
Leads by country
Every lead currently in your pipeline, split by country — website enquiries tag themselves automatically, lead-finder results use the country you searched.
Leads by source
Where each lead actually came from — which industry page, which campaign, or the lead finder.
Team performance
Contacted and won counts per person, based on who each lead is assigned to.
| Person | Assigned | Contacted | Won | Win rate |
|---|
Conversion by category
Which business types are actually turning into clients, not just filling the pipeline. Sorted by win rate, categories with under 3 leads are left out (too little data to mean much).
| Category | Leads | Contacted | Won | Win rate |
|---|
Data
Tracked entirely in this browser — no third-party analytics, no cookies, nothing leaves the tab.
Business info
Feeds the contact links across the public site (WhatsApp button, email links) and the "from" details on invoices.
Social links — shown as icons in the site footer. Leave any blank to hide that icon.
Payment details (for invoices)
Shown on page 2 of every printed invoice, under "Payment Details". Leave blank and that section just won't print.
Auto-send email (optional)
No browser can silently send email on its own — that's a security restriction every browser enforces, not a limit of this tool. To get an Email button that actually sends (instead of opening a draft in your mail app), connect a free EmailJS account below — no card needed, a couple minutes to set up. Leave this blank and the Email button just opens a normal pre-filled draft instead, same as before.
In your EmailJS template, use these variable names so the swap-in works: {{to_email}}, {{to_name}}, {{subject}}, {{message}}, {{reply_to}}.
Once this is connected, "Email selected" in the Leads bulk bar sends one at a time with a pause in between, capped per run, so it doesn't read as a spam blast to whoever's checking deliverability on the other end. EmailJS is meant for this kind of low-volume outreach, not thousands of emails a day; for real volume you'd want a dedicated sending domain with SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up, which is a different tool entirely.
Team & data
Leads, clients, projects, invoices, content and settings are shared — every signed-in admin sees the same data. Your name below and your outreach templates (Leads tab) are personal — each admin sets their own, and one admin can't see or overwrite another's. If Firebase isn't set up yet, everything (personal and shared alike) lives only in this browser instead — see the Help (?) button up top for the full rundown.
Tags every note, status change, and assignment you make — and sets which leads show up by default when you open the Leads tab ("assigned to me").
CSV needs a Name column. Also recognised: Category, Phone, Address, Website, Email, Status, Assigned To, Follow Up, Notes — any others are ignored.
Danger zone
Wipes data from this browser only. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
