What to send me to get your build moving.
None of this needs to be perfect or final — rough is fine. The faster this lands with me, the faster "usually live within a week" actually happens.
Your logo (if you have one)
Any format is fine — even a photo of a business card works to start. No logo yet? Say so and we can add one as a paid extra, or start with a clean text wordmark.
Photos
Of your work, your products, your space, or your team — whatever represents the business best. Phone photos are completely fine as long as they're clear and well-lit.
Business details
Trading hours, physical address (if customers visit you), and the areas or suburbs you service.
Prices or a price list
Doesn't need to be a polished menu or catalogue — a WhatsApp voice note listing your prices works. We'll turn it into something clean.
What you want the site to say
A rough voice note about your business, who it's for, and what makes you different is enough — see the Copywriting help add-on if you'd rather not write anything at all.
A domain preference
Something like yourbusinessname.co.za. Not sure it's available? Send a couple of options and we'll check and register it for you.
Social media or existing links
Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile — anything already live, so we can link out to it and keep your brand consistent.
A couple of happy customers
If you can get one or two clients to send a short quote about working with you, testimonials are one of the best things on the whole site for winning new business.
